Andreas Trapezaris (FCCA) cofounded the DFK Demetriou, Trapezaris Ltd in 1992. He served as a member of the Taxation committee of the Cyprus Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a member of the European Executive Committee of DFK International. In addition to his Cyprus responsibilities he is in charge of the Group’s operations in Romania.
Prior to DFK he was at PriceWaterhouseCoopers and Grant Thornton.
Themis Christodoulou (BSc FCA) joined the DFK Group of Companies in 2006. He was educated in the UK where he obtained a BSc in Accounting for Management, from Aston University in Birmingham. He then returned to Cyprus where he became a Chartered Accountant, training with Deloitte Ltd.
He is currently being appointed as Secretary of the Administrative Service Providers (Fiduciary) Committee of Cyprus Institute of Certified Public Accountants (ICPAC).
He served also as a member of the Auditing Standard Committee and Small and Medium Practices Committee of ICPAC in the past.

Milos Mitric (CPA, CFE, Cr.FA) joined DFK in 2014 and have previously acquired experience at Deloitte & Touche in USA, BDO in Serbia and LeitnerLeitner. Milos is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in USA, Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and Credited Forensic Accountant (Cr. FA) in USA, as well as a Licensed Certified Auditor in Serbia. Milos has an MBA from Villanova University, USA, and is a PhD student at Belgrade University Faculty of Economics. Milos speaks Serbian and English language. He is a member of Commission for examination, implementation of training and continuing professional education within Chamber of Authorized Auditors of Republic of Serbia.

Loizos Tterallis (BA ACCA) joined the DFK Group of Companies in 2016. He obtained a BA in Accounting, Financial
Management and Economics at the University of Sheffield in the UK. He then returned to Cyprus where he became a Chartered Certified Accountant. He is now the tax supervisor of the firm and frequently meets and consults with the Cyprus tax authorities in a wide range of matters, from clients’ affairs to issues relating to tax policy and tax planning and competitiveness.
